Magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose E-460, zinc gluconate, stabilizer: magnesium sterate E-572, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
Take 1 capsule a day 30/60 min. before going to sleep on an empty stomach. Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule (500mg).
Once opened keep in a cool and dry place. Do not exceed expressly recommended daily dose. It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
