Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping from 40 euros * (Only for Peninsula)

  • For other locations the cost of transportation may vary depending on the destination of the shipment. Before confirming your order, check the costs.

  • The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Except for reasons of force majeure.



  • The shipments are made through the Integra2 agency or another express parcel and courier company.



  • Deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the merchandise within 14 days after the delivery of your order. All items must be returned unused, closed, with the proper security seals and in their original packaging. If the returned items do not meet the conditions stipulated in that section, we will not accept the return.

To exercise your right of return, please follow the return procedure described below:


Return procedure:

  1. Please fill out the available return form.

  2. Communicate your return intention to our customer service department through the email

  3. Pack the item to be returned (only unused items, closed, with the proper security seals and in their original packaging) to avoid deterioration in transport.

  4. We will request the collection from the same delivery location within a maximum period of 3 days.

  5. Once we receive the material, we will check if the return meets all the conditions for it to be accepted.

  6. You must pay the expenses generated by the return.

  7. Please return the purchased merchandise only through the described procedure. Products purchased online will not be returned by our stores or distributors.


Defective or spoiled product

  1. Check if your shipment is correct at the time of delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your shipment, indicate it on the delivery note and sign it.

  2. You must notify us in writing within 24 hours. To do this, please fill out our form that contains the instructions for the return.

  3. For defective products or deliveries in poor condition, we will also reimburse the return costs incurred to return the item. We will automatically and immediately send you the correct product assuming the shipping costs.

  4. The return or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible, always within 30 days after receipt of the product in question.


The rights recognized by current legislation are safe.

The prices indicated are in euros with VAT included. The shipping cost will be indicated at the end before the completion of your order and are borne by the customer as long as the circumstances do not exist so that it is free of expenses.
