OAT flakes (47%), invert sugar syrup, margarine [refined palm and sunflower oils (not hydrogenated), water, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (emulsifier), salt, citric acid (acid corrector), sorbic acid (preservative), extract rich in tocopherol (antioxidant) and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant), flavorings and ß-carotene (colorant)], black vegetable base [sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat, defatted cocoa powder, SOYA lecithin (emulsifier), aroma and cinnamon], sugar, cocoa powder, aromas, potassium sorbate (preservative). Contains gluten and soy. It may contain traces of egg, peanut, milk, nuts, sesame, sulphites and / or derivatives thereof.

Take 1 bar (120g) at any time of the day between hours to cover the need generated by physical wear and tear, as a food substitute or as prevention before activity.
